Choose fabric by exposure
Protected patios can suit lighter outdoor fabrics. Exposed Australian sun, pool areas and frequent use usually suit Sunproof Olefin because it is solution dyed, UV resistant, water resistant, chlorine resistant, antibacterial and machine washable.
Start with the foam
We supply the covers, not the foam inserts. If you need new foam, organise the foam first so the final cover measurements are correct.

Can you quote unusual cushion shapes?
Yes. Send photos and the main measurements, and we will ask for anything else needed. We can quote many benches, daybeds, bolsters, round cushions and angled pieces.
Do you supply foam inserts as well?
No. We supply custom cushion covers, not foam inserts. If you need new foam, arrange the insert first and then send the final foam measurements.
What fabrics are best outdoors?
It depends on sun, rain, pool exposure and storage. For exposed settings, Sunproof Olefin is usually the premium choice because it handles UV, moisture and chlorine well.
Are outdoor cushion covers waterproof?
No stitched cushion cover should be treated as completely waterproof. Water can still work through seams, zips and stitching in heavy rain.
How long do custom covers take?
Custom work is usually around 4 to 6 weeks after measurements, fabric choice and quote details are approved.
